Description

ARTIST 28 cm frying pan: the purest form of frying

This high-quality collection was developed for chefs who want to refocus on pure, authentic cooking. Made from carbon steel, the Artist collection is the ideal choice for cooking with clean, durable materials.

Key features

• 100% PFAS-free: a carbon steel pan, with no chemical coating.
• A natural patina: it forms and improves the pan over time. The more you use it, the easier it becomes to use.
• All heat sources: compatible with induction and barbecue.
• Excellent heat conduction thanks to the choice of steel.
• Stainless steel handle, heat-resistant.

An award-winning design

With its hammered design, the collection echoes the craft of metalworking, used for thousands of years to cook and fry ingredients to perfection. Artist won the prestigious international “Red Dot Award” in the Product Design category, which recognises both the aesthetics and the functionality of products.

Use

Artist is an elegant collection designed for passionate chefs. The natural patina of the blue carbon steel is constantly evolving: the darker the colour, the more effective the non-stick layer. Use your pan regularly and watch it gain in character and performance, cook after cook.
