Description
This 145 kg plate is fitted to the Grandgousier 1250 square. As an original part, it fits without modification and offers a considerable, perfectly flat cooking surface.
Food-grade 304L stainless steel, reversible central grill supplied, batch number and date of manufacture provided on delivery: everything is in place for a worry-free replacement.
Original part, French manufacturing
This part comes from the same Touraine workshop as the Grandgousier fire pits. Its dimensions match Le Forgeur models exactly, for a replacement with no adaptation needed.
Fits straight onto the matching fire pit. Order on insun.fr: delivery is free from €150.
Plate in 304L (1.4307) stainless steel suitable for food contact. Wash it before first use: discolouration of the stainless steel during the first firings is normal and is not a defect.
