Using it around the barbecue

Prepare marinades and vegetables before cooking, then carve your grilled meat directly on the block when it is time to serve. Its natural look also makes it ideal as a serving board for charcuterie and cheese with drinks.

Care

Wash the block by hand in hot soapy water, rinse it and leave it to air-dry standing on its edge. Avoid the dishwasher and do not leave it to soak: wood does not like standing water. A thin coat of food-safe oil from time to time nourishes the wood and preserves its appearance.
