Description

To keep a roast or shoulder tender and full of flavour right to the centre, nothing beats injecting. Draw up the marinade, juices or dissolved spices, pierce the meat and press: the flavours spread from the inside.

Supplied with two needles, it holds 40 ml and is dishwasher-safe. Do not use hot liquid: the injector would become scalding.
