When you need to feed twenty people without losing the thread of the evening, the Grandgousier 1250 square keeps up the pace. Its 122 x 122 cm plate offers long straight edges on which to line up skewers, cuts of meat and vegetables, with clearly distinct heat zones.

The 12 mm 304L stainless steel remains stable under heat and is food-safe. The 125 x 125 cm high-temperature steel body comes with a central grill, ash pan and castors, in black or rust.

Le Forgeur, the Touraine fire workshop

Le Forgeur designs and manufactures its fire pits in Cinq-Mars-la-Pile, Indre-et-Loire, in the heart of Touraine. Each Grandgousier model is a registered design, drawn by the workshop and assembled by metalworkers who know steel and fire.

Lid and cover for the 1250 square are available to protect it.

The rust finish is a natural patina of the steel: its shade is a guide and evolves with time and the weather, which gives each fire pit its charm.
