Description

The Monolith charcoal basket for the LeCHEF kamado makes fuel management easier: better airflow, fast and even heat-up, adjustable heat zones and simpler cleaning.

More efficient combustion

Designed specifically for the LeCHEF model, this sturdy basket promotes excellent airflow around the charcoal. Combustion is more efficient and the temperature rises quickly and evenly inside your kamado.

Heat zones as you like them

Thanks to its removable dividers, you can set up different heat zones in the firebox. This lets you cook direct to sear and indirect to slow-cook at the same time, on the same kamado.

Easier cleaning

The basket holds the ashes, which can be removed quickly: simply lift it out to empty the firebox. Looking after your kamado becomes more practical and cleaner.
