The square format comes into its own here. With 97 x 97 cm of stainless steel plate around the fire, the Grandgousier 1000 square lets you run several cooks at once: meat on the hottest edges, fish and vegetables in the corners, side dishes gently confiting.

The 12 mm food-grade 304L stainless steel sits on a 113 x 113 cm, 150 kg high-temperature steel body. Central grill, ash pan and castors are included. Made in Touraine, in black or rust.

Le Forgeur designs simple, robust and durable fire objects. No electronics, no fragile parts: steel worked in France, designed to age outdoors and gain character over the seasons.

Lid, cover and aluminium side shelves are available made to measure.

Good to know: the rust finish lives with the seasons. Its colour, given for guidance only, weathers and changes over the months spent outdoors.
