The Grandgousier 750 round turns the barbecue into a true moment of sharing: you sear on the stainless steel ring while the embers crackle at the heart of the hearth. Meat, fish, vegetables, eggs, everything cooks together, each at its own temperature, from the scorching inner edge to the gentler outer rim.

Its 12 mm 304L stainless steel plate, suitable for food contact, takes the heat without warping. The high-temperature steel body weathers the seasons. Central grill, ash pan and castors are supplied: it is easy to move and clean, and fits in as well in town as in the countryside.

Le Forgeur, the Touraine fire workshop

Le Forgeur designs and makes its fire pits in Cinq-Mars-la-Pile, Indre-et-Loire, in the heart of Touraine. Each Grandgousier model is a registered design, drawn by the workshop and assembled by metalworkers who know steel and fire.

Complete it with its lid, its protective cover or the stainless steel grill that turns the hearth into a grill.

The rust finish is a natural patina of the steel: its shade is indicative and changes over time and with the weather, which is what gives each fire pit its charm.
