Description

Full length, without the bulk. The PL-8,7,4 offers 72 cm of cooking surface in a depth of just 39 cm. Its two 36 cm stainless steel plates each have their own round enamelled burner: you can sear at full power on one side and keep food warm on the other.

With 7 kW in total and a temperature that climbs to 360 °C, it keeps pace with a meal for 10 to 12 people. The 4 mm stainless steel resists oxidation and is easy to clean. Stainless steel body, removable grease tray, piezo ignition and thermocouple safety are all included.
