Description

Two plates, two zones, one plancha. The PL-11,8,4 divides its 80 x 45 cm surface into two 40 cm plates, each heated by its own stainless steel burner. Fish on one side, meat on the other: no mixing of flavours, and each plate at the ideal temperature.

With 11 kW in total, it heats up in 8 to 10 minutes and the plate reaches up to 400 °C. The 6 mm enamelled rolled carbon steel holds its heat even when the surface is full. Piezo ignition, removable stainless steel grease tray and thermocouple safety device come as standard.
