Description

Sear a rib of beef as if over embers, without waiting for the charcoal to catch. That is the promise of the PL-5,4,4. In 8 to 10 minutes, its plate reaches cooking temperature, and it climbs to 400 °C when you need it. Even when fully loaded with food, it does not lose heat.

Its 6 mm enamelled rolled carbon steel plate spreads the heat over its entire 40 x 40 cm surface. The stainless steel body, removable grease tray and piezo ignition make it as simple to use as it is to clean. The thermocouple safety device cuts off the gas if the flame goes out.
