All the generosity of a large plancha, without a gas bottle. The PL-4,6,4 spreads 3,500 W across two 1,750 W heating elements to heat its 60 x 40 cm plate evenly. It reaches 390 °C, a temperature worthy of the best gas planchas, after 15 to 20 minutes of preheating.

The 6 mm enamelled rolled carbon steel retains heat even when the plate is loaded for 10 to 12 people. Stainless steel body, removable grease tray and connection to a simple 16 A socket: it can be installed anywhere, from the summer kitchen to the conservatory.
