Description

The firebox of a Grandgousier 1500 takes large logs and produces a considerable mass of embers. With this 52 cm grill, you make the most of it: cuts of beef, spatchcocked poultry or whole fish grill above the fire.

Turned over, it holds large casserole dishes and serving woks. Made of food-grade 304L stainless steel, it weighs 11 kg and rests on three feet on the inner edge of the plate.

Grandgousier, the Le Forgeur signature

The Grandgousier range brings together Le Forgeur’s plancha fire pits. Their 304L stainless steel plates are food-safe, and each plate comes with its batch number and date of manufacture for full traceability.

Essential for caterers working on a Grandgousier 1500. And delivery is free on orders from €150 on insun.fr.
