Key features of the rotisserie

• Robust motor: it ensures steady rotation, ideal for even caramelisation and a uniform distribution of flavours.
• Even cooking: the meat turns continuously over the heat, for a golden outside and a juicy centre.
• Quality materials: the rotisserie is built to last and remains easy to maintain.
• Compatibility: specially designed for the Monolith ICON and JUNIOR kamados.

What can you cook with the rotisserie?

Roasts, poultry and other dishes suited to spit roasting: steady rotation gives even cooking without having to turn the meat. It is more convenient, and you can enjoy your guests’ company while it cooks.

An even more versatile kamado

With this accessory, your Monolith barbecue becomes a multi-purpose tool: grilling, smoking, indirect cooking and now spit roasting. A great way to vary your recipes and serve your guests tasty, perfectly cooked dishes.

Maintenance

After use, let the rotisserie cool, then clean it to remove cooking fat. Regular maintenance keeps it working smoothly season after season.
