Clever Functionality and Design

The Vinci 80 black fire pit is easy to use thanks to its modular design. The bowl and cabinet separate to make handling easier. A removable shelf optimises storage by dividing the cabinet as you wish. The built-in side bracket holds your utensils. On the version without castors, adjustable plastic feet protect your floor while keeping the unit stable.

Strength and Durability

• Plancha and central grill (optional): made from 10 mm thick S235JR steel, they ensure strength and performance. When heated, the plancha curves inwards so that fat drips straight into the fire.
• Structure: the cabinet uses 2 mm thick Corten steel, while the 3 mm steel cooking bowl has a high-temperature powder coating.

Powder-Coated Finish

The bowl coating, made with a black powder baked at 200 °C, produces a textured, even and extremely tough finish. This eco-friendly, long-lasting process respects the environment while providing excellent protection.

Corten steel stands out for its exceptional longevity thanks to a protective layer of rust. This alloy, enriched with phosphorus, copper, chromium and nickel, resists surface corrosion without compromising its internal structure.

How the corrosion develops over two years:

• 1 to 3 months: a yellow/orange layer of rust appears (beware of run-off on wood and concrete).
• 3 to 6 months: the corrosion becomes darker and harder.
• 6 months to 1 year: the colour evens out and the rust layer hardens with no more run-off.
• 1 to 2 years: the final patina reaches a deep brown, unique to each piece.
