Description

When the table grows, the plancha has to keep up. The PL-9,6,4 features two independent stainless steel burners for a total output of 9 kW. Its 60 x 45 cm plate reaches 400 °C and holds its temperature even when fully loaded. Sear on one side, keep warm on the other.

The 6 mm enamelled carbon rolled steel plate handles temperature swings and cleans with a simple sweep of the spatula. Piezo ignition, removable stainless steel grease tray, stainless steel frame and thermocouple safety complete equipment designed to last. Allow 8 to 10 minutes of preheating.
